نوفر ثلاث خدمات شحن داخل الرياض، بالإضافة إلى شحن عادي لباقي مناطق المملكة:
We offer three delivery options within Riyadh, plus standard shipping across the Kingdom:
1. استلام من فرع Urbnlot – الرياض
Pickup from Urbnlot – Riyadh Branch
- استلم طلبك خلال 24 ساعة من فرع Urbnlot – الرياض.
- سيتم إشعارك عند جاهزية الطلب للاستلام.
- الخدمة بدون توصيل.
Pick up your order within 24 hours from Urbnlot – Riyadh branch.
You will be notified when your order is ready.
No delivery is included.
2. توصيل سريع (4–6 ساعات)
Express Delivery (4–6 Hours)
- متاح داخل الرياض فقط.
- يجب تقديم الطلب قبل الساعة 9:00 مساءً ليتم توصيله في نفس اليوم خلال 4 إلى 6 ساعات.
- الطلبات بعد الساعة 9:00 مساءً تُجهز لتوصيل اليوم التالي.
Available within Riyadh only.
Orders must be placed before 9:00 PM for same-day delivery within 4 to 6 hours.
Orders after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
3. توصيل خلال 24 ساعة (الرياض فقط)
24-Hour Delivery (Riyadh Only)
- يتم التوصيل خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الطلب.
- متاح داخل مدينة الرياض فقط.
Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of placement.
Available only in Riyadh.
4. الشحن العادي (2–4 أيام عمل)
Standard Shipping (2–4 Business Days)
- متاح لباقي مناطق المملكة.
- التوصيل خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل حسب المنطقة وشركة الشحن.
Available across Saudi Arabia.
Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days depending on location and shipping carrier.
ملاحظات / Notes
- رسوم الشحن تُحسب عند إنهاء الطلب.
- أيام العمل لا تشمل الجمعة أو الإجازات الرسمية.
- Vega غير مسؤولة عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.
Vega is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
