Return & Exchange Policy – Vega


  1. الاسترجاع خلال يومين من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
    Refunds within 2 days from the delivery date.
  2. التبديل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
    Exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
  3. تطبق الشروط التالية على جميع عمليات الاسترجاع أو التبديل:
    The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
    • يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة.
      The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
    • لا تُقبل القطع التي تحتوي على روائح (عطر، بخور، أو غيرها).
      Items with any odors (perfume, incense, etc.) will not be accepted.
    • يجب إعادة القطعة بكامل تغليفها الأصلي، مع جميع الملصقات (Tags).
      The item must be returned with original packaging and all tags attached.
    • في حال وجود خطأ من Vega في الطلب، سيتم التبديل أو الاسترجاع بدون رسوم.
      If there was a mistake from Vega, the return or exchange will be free of charge.

  5. القطع المخفضة أو التي عليها عروض لا يمكن استرجاعها أو تبديلها.
    Items on sale or with discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
